Returns & Alterations

What is your return policy? How can I make a return?

Please contact us. In order to reduce unnecessary waste and overconsumption, we don't put a return slip in your parcel.

Once we confirm your return, you'll receive a prepaid return label. Simply download and print your return label, package your return items safely, and send it to a post office near you.

As soon as we have received and approved your return parcel, we will either issue your refund, create your gift card, or send you your exchange item(s).

If you have requested a refund, this will be issued to the original payment method.

1. Standard Items

Customers have the right to return standard (non-customized) items within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights. The item must be unused, in its original condition.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

We offer free return shipping for exchanges/returns. For refunds we charge a location-based return fee to help cover the shipping costs back to Lithuania - the return fee is for the entire return not per item. We will send you a pre-paid return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refunded amount. The money will be refunded to the same method of payment you used to pay for that order. If your refund is for all of the Goods delivered, then we will refund the original delivery costs.

Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Customized & Personalized Items (Custom Lengths, Sizes, or Other Adjustments)

As per Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Due to the unique nature of custom-made and personalized products, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Exceptions: If the item is defective or does not match the agreed-upon specifications, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.

My item doesn’t fit. Can I return or alter it?

If the item doesn’t fit, you can return it within the return period. We also offer alteration services at a reduced fee for custom-fit needs.

Can I get free repairs?

We offer free repairs for manufacturing defects within six months of purchase.

Such as fallen-off snaps, a faulty zipper, or torn-off buttons. (Replacement of original hardware parts). 

In order to reduce unnecessary waste and overconsumption  we do not put spare original hardware additionally with the item.

For other repairs, there may be a fee based on the extent of the work.

What do I do if my product is faulty?

Contact us using your order number and email address.

  • Upload images and description of your claim. Please be as specific as possible so that we can easily approve your claim. 
  • Choose your preferred refund option. 

We will review your submitted claim within 7 days

Approved claims are production errors, where garments display clear flaws not to be expected from normal use. We do not approve claims due to incorrect washing, color fading or other expected changes to the product when wearing in daily life. 

Order Changes & Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

Since each item is made to order, whether it is a standard piece or personalized, production takes between 7 to 14 business days.

Each of our pieces is unique; we do not engage in mass production. In this way, we make our small contribution to a sustainable and ethical fashion industry.

What do I do if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, shipping carriers experience delays for various reasons. We kindly ask you to be patient and to keep an eye on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If, however, you believe your parcel is lost, please contact us at (email) and we’ll help you out.

Can I change or update my order?

You can change or update your order only within 24 hours. You can contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes if you didn't make it within this period. Please note however that this is not always possible.

Be aware that our contact hours for chat are Monday - Friday 10.00 - 17.00 EST.

Where do you ship to, and what is the expected delivery time?

We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary from country to country, but typically orders within Europe arrive within 1 week , while international orders may take up to 2-4 weeks.

Delivery time also depends on logistics workload, especially during international holidays.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your location and order size. Standard shipping within the country is free, while international orders may incur additional charges, calculated at checkout.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Within the European Union no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that d’Zen  does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Where does d’Zen ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania.

Sizing & Measurements

What size am I?

We know that selecting the right size can be difficult and confusing. We have done our best to create a size guide that can help you find the right size — you can find the size-chart on all of our product pages and also you can find measurement tutorials in the Fit & Measurements section .

How do I take my measurements?

Use a measuring tape and measure your bust, waist, and hips, a size chart is attached to each item, indicating the necessary measurements.. Ensure the tape is snug but not tight. You can also check out our video guide for step-by-step instructions.

We kindly ask you to take the time to check it, as the final result depends on it. The more accurate the measurements, the better the size selection, and the better the garment will fit you. 

What if I want a standard size? Can I get one?

Yes, we offer both standard and custom sizes. If you prefer a standard size, simply select it from the options when placing your order.

Some products may only be available in standard sizes.

Where is d’Zen located?

d’Zen is based in Lithuania. However, we serve customers worldwide through our online store.

How and where do you manufacture your clothes?

Our clothes are ethically produced in our small factorie located in Lithuania. We prioritize sustainable practices and high-quality craftsmanship.

What materials do you use?

We use a range of different sustainable materials for our products certified fabrics that are safe and  also use deadstock fabrics.
