How to order a repair?

Send us an email at info@weardzen.com detailing your repair request and add pictures of the clothing piece. Attach an order number or make sure to email us from an address that you used to purchase from our shop. Our team will review the case and come back to you with next steps in 24 hours or less.

Is it free?

We offer free repairs for wear-and-tear pieces in the first year of owning d’Zen. Moving forward, we provide custom repairs and resize it for a fee. Note that we don’t cover delivery fees for repairs.

How long does it take?

We take up to two weeks to repair your pieces, depending on the complexity of the case. Please note that delivery times do not depend on us.

I am not satisfied with the repair. Will I get a refund?

We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee - if you’re not happy with the repair, we will fix it right away.
